1) A username will only be given to a member of Cheadle Gangshow.
2) Applications will be accepted provided the applicants name and the unit they specify in the form below agree with current Gangshow records.
3) If the requested email address entered below does not appear to the admin team as reasonable to associate with the names entered, we may request further evidence to validate the application. In any case the admin team reserve the right to refuse or withdraw username validation for any reason which, in their own opinion only, may compromise security of the restricted access.
4) A username and its valid password will be associated with the email address given in the application below. Only one username can be allocated to an email address.
5) The applicant, if successful, undertakes to keep their username and password confidential, and will take all reasonable precautions to keep them secret. On no account must they supply them for use by anyone else, even other members. It is preferable to delete all references to them and rely on memory only. A repeat email giving these details can always be requested automatically from Cheadle Gangshow Admin.
